Use colour filters in Windows

To go to the Accessibility settings on your computer, press the Windows logo key+U or select Start > Settings > Accessibility.

Select Colour filters.

Turn the Colour filters switch on.

Select a colour filter from the list. Try each filter to see which one suits you best.

Eye Strain

Even if you don’t have Irlen Syndrome both of the above solutions can be set to make your screen appearance more eye friendly reducing eye strain, also changing windows appearance into dark mode gives a more relaxing view for some people, follow the instructions below to enable dark mode.

To enable dark mode in windows, navigate to Settings > Personalisation > Colours, then open the Choose your colour drop-down menu and pick Dark. Dark (and Light) mode changes the look of the Windows Start menu and built-in apps. You can also choose Custom to mix and match colour themes.
