Tom spent some time to investigate if we can link Hydro accounts on our Teams. Tom kept me in the loop through the whole process. Despite the fact the we couldn't do anything with our different accounts, Tom delivered exceptional service..as always 🙂

Sean and Chris were both great; patient whilst gaining access of machine and then worked within the required timelines to complete the issue, which (fingers crossed) is all resolved (so far so good!)

I have always found the whole team very helpful and friendly, they have good knowledge of everything from supplying and installing a new server, phone systems, to setting up a new Computer, and suppling the necessary software licenses.
